The composition of the building is organized through expansive balconies that extend across each level, creating generous semi-outdoor living areas and enhancing the relationship between the residences, natural light, and the surrounding urban landscape. Integrated planters become a natural extension of the architecture, introducing greenery and a sense of calm to the building’s façade.

The material palette is defined by earthy beige tones and natural textures, with travertine cladding featured prominently across the façades, adding timelessness and elegance to the overall composition.
