“Luminous Aurora” is an innovative zero-emission residential project in Alimos that redefines sustainable urban living by blending modern design with environmental responsibility. Inspired by the soft, ethereal glow of dawn (“Aurora”) and the dynamic play of natural light, this building exemplifies harmony with nature while providing a luxurious living experience. Located in a tranquil seaside neighborhood, Luminous Aurora is designed to capture the warmth of the Mediterranean sun and merge effortlessly with the surrounding landscape, offering residents a serene retreat that fosters an eco-conscious, sophisticated lifestyle.

The architectural concept of Luminous Aurora is centered around its gracefully curved, multi-layered façade, wrapped in vertical white slats. This distinctive exterior forms a “veil” that filters sunlight, casting gentle shadows and diffusing light throughout each residence.
